Our Approach
Our Approach:
- Assessment & Recommendations: We evaluate the condition of your windows and doors, particularly those over 20 years old, and provide expert recommendations.
- Repair Solutions: We work with our partners CWS and NEECS to offer feasible repair and replacement options. If a full replacement isn't practical, we offer options such as sealant and repair work to extend the lifespan of your existing windows and doors.
- Replacement & Installation: For windows lacking proper base flashing, we recommend removal and reinstallation with updated flashing to prevent further damage to your building.
- Cost-Effective Alternatives: When replacement isn't an option, we may suggest upgraded repairs including replacing hardware, gaskets, glass and exterior sealants to delay the need for full replacement, offering a temporary solution that can last 1-6 years with proper maintenance.
Drone Technology
Detecting leaks in commercial buildings can be a complex and challenging task, especially when dealing with extensive roof areas or intricate architectural features. Drone technology has revolutionized this process by offering a bird’s-eye view that significantly enhances the efficiency and accuracy of leak detection. Equipped with high-resolution cameras and thermal imaging sensors, drones can swiftly scan large surfaces, identify areas of heat loss, and detect moisture accumulation that is not easily visible from the ground. This aerial perspective allows for a comprehensive inspection without the need for scaffolding or ladders, minimizing disruption to building operations while providing a detailed assessment of potential leak sources.
Our partners at AR Drone OPs use drones equipped with advanced imaging capabilities that can capture precise, real-time data, enabling experts to analyze and pinpoint leak origins with greater accuracy. The thermal imaging provided by drones can reveal temperature differentials caused by water infiltration, even through concealed or hard-to-reach areas. This technology not only speeds up the inspection process but also improves the reliability of diagnostics, leading to more effective and targeted repairs. By leveraging drone technology, building owners and facility managers can proactively address leaks, extend the lifespan of their structures, and reduce the risk of costly water damage.
