Our Services
Inspection of:
Commercial buildings that are experiencing water and air infiltration, heat loss, cold areas, aging windows, walls, and wall panel systems.
We conduct critical inspections of windows, doors, and curtainwalls, canopies, skylights and their flashing assemblies.
If a leak isn’t immediately visible during a visual inspection, we use infrared technology to identify areas of heat loss. Our experts may also measure conductivity to further assess potential issues.
To determine the location and severity of water infiltration, we conduct a range of tests on the building’s façade, windows, and skylights, including:
- Water Spray Testing
- Source-Specific Spray Testing
- Glazing Air and Water Field Pressure Test
Our water spray tests adhere to established standards for evaluating the water resistance of building exteriors, specifically:
- ASTM Standard E1105
- AAMA 502-15 Standard
Our field-testing experience is the best in the industry. Why?
Our companies’ installations have routinely passed all field testing for the last 30 years
We are Best by Test! We bring that success to every project.
We inspect the following:
Windows & Doors
Curtain Walls
Structural Panels
Canopies & Skylights
Slope Glazing & Glass Walls

Addressing Common Issues with Aging Building Components
Through our extensive collaboration with engineers, architects, and building owners, we’ve identified a significant concern: windows and doors installed in the 1980s often suffer from leaks that compromise wall systems and lead to considerable damage.
These older installations frequently fall short of current building codes, resulting in excessive air leaks and water infiltration, which can lead to expensive repairs.
Our long-standing experience in designing and installing windows and doors has given us deep insights into these issues. We have spent decades developing solutions that balance aesthetics and functionality, including curtain walls, panels, and canopies.
